Our second brew, Worcestershire Sourced, which was brewed with magnum for bittering and lots of English-grown Cascades for hop flavour and aroma. 83IBU, 6.4EBC. This beer is made with the only Cascade hops grown in Worcestershire which are in extremely limited supply so we’ve gone for broke and, hopefully, have created a hopmonster which will do them justice. 7.2kg of hops went into this brew – enjoy, hop-heads!
