All of the aspects of a great IPA are applied to this beer, brewed light bodied and as dry as possible. This beer is fermented with an American ale yeast and an amylase enzyme to ensure there is no residual sugar left. Using flaked rice ensures a light colour and body, and hefty amounts of Ariana and Mosaic hops are added to release a blast of fruity, citrus aromas. This refreshing brew is balanced for a dry finish and delightful bitterness.

Poured from 473mL can @ Ben’s wedding. Clear-ish yellow with small white head. Has a nice mild funky yeast profile with mild citrus and pine hops. Best of the Breton beers I’ve tried.
