Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Poured from 750mL bottle (vintage 2020). Clear golden orange with small white head. Mild funk, sweet vinegar note, underlying oak, a bit undercarbonated and timid, but no off flavours, most of the tartness has fallen off making it quite smooth. A decent sour, wouldn’t call it a lambic though.
