Best before 04/24, opening and tasting this bottle with pleasure yesterday night, busy day and smooth and classical bock, brewed on the German way, medium body, really smooth, malty, note of toffee, a bit fruity, regular bitterness.

Bottiglia. Un territorio olfattivo dominato dall'orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare opalescente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è normale. La forza gustativa è normale e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sulla lingua arrivano note di caramello, miele, pane tostato, erbaceo ed agrumi.
