Cask at NWAF, 2012. Amber pour with a white head. Spicy toffee nose. Sweet fruity flavour. Light fruity-bitter finish.

Cask. A hazy golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and a lighter note of straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, as well as a light note of butter, leading to a dry finish where the straw note lingers.

Cask (handpump) @ Black Lion, 65 Chapel Street, Salford, Greater Manchester M3 5BZ, England.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, nutty - damp stained - earthy notes, light hoppy, citrus. Flavor is light moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100121]
