Lattina. Il gusto al naso rimanda all'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con qualche bollicina grande. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Ha una nota finale amarognola. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cereali, amaretto, frutta secca, luppolo, erbaceo, agrumi e arancia amara.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark gold, medium-low transparent, with very fine white foam. Aroma is intensely herbaceous, a little resinous. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter, with complemented by a decent dose of malty sweetness in the back. Final is still nice and bitter.

Tap @Buskers in Rome-Italy. Hazy yellow pour with a frothy white head. Nose is aggressively grassy, weed, cereals highlights. Mouth: clean, thin maltiness, oily hops.

lattina 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine persistente, colore giallo smorto velato, al naso è intensa lievito cereali pane agrumi note floreali ed erbacee, in bocca malto cereali miele note erbacee, corpo leggero, leggera astringenza, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro leggero. Una reinterpretazione di Pils diversa dalle classiche. Molto buona. c. Fatti una birra 06.11.21

can bb4/21 dorata velata schiuma media discreta persistenza naso piuttosto erbacea poi un filo cereale un po mieloso secca buon amaro finale
