clear yellow, no head, some bubbles. sour apple, oak in the aroma. mild. very nice. flavor is fresh apple, sour apple, faint wood, wellblended. very nice mild flavor. "real" cider.

Bottled. Pale yellowish golden colour, no head. Aroma is sweet apple along with some slight wooden and herbal notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Quite dry and sweet finish, watery palate.

Bottle at Barrys Pub, Randers. Nice yellow colour. Moderate apple aroma and flavor. Not that sweet, but nice. Average finish. Watery palate. OK cider but not great.

Clear golden with no head. Sweet aroma with apple and woody notes. Flavor goes same way and ends sweet.

50 cL bottle. Pours pale yellow with a lacing white head. Sweet and fresh apple aroma with a light phenol note. Sweet apple flavour with light citric apple note. Ends sweet and citric.

Golden color, big bubbles, sizzy, no head. Pleasant to drink, with enough sweetness and some apple flavor; the final shows also some light astringency from the apple peels (or maybe from the oak?).

Bottle. Yellow / golden colour . Aroma is apple, yeast. Flavour is sweet, apple, yeast, sugar. A little bit too weak.

Bottle. Clear, yellow cider with a quite sour and yeasty aroma with barnyard-notes. Weak flavor with apples, yeast and horseblanket notes. Medium body and a quite astringent long finish. Quite nice, but a bit weak. (070430)

Pale golden body. Wild yeast, apple aroma. Apple and acidity with moderate sweetness at the first impression. More sweet in aftertaste. Not to interesting but quite pleasant as a refreshment.
