Hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, fresh wood, white pepper and biscuit. Full bodied sweetish malt flavour with spices, especially a strong note of white pepper.

Draught @ You´ll Never Walk Alone, A. L. Passagen 2, 6000 Kolding, Denmark.Unclear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy yeasty, leather, shoe polish, light earthy, orange notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy leather - shoe polish bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. IMO off, but bartender did say the beer was okay, I could not empty my glass .. [20100411]

Tasting at Papsø, hand-bottle
Cloudy amber color. Amazingly bad chemicals aroma, plastic, sour, yeast. The flavor is less disgusting, but it’s still a yeasty mess with a lot of phenol, band-aid. Horrible.

Handbottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of burnt plastic and phenol. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, phenol, plastic, spices, leading to a dry spice and phenolic finish. Thanks yespr for the effort and for sharing.

Handbottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy and opaque amber with a tiny rough head. Extremely unpleasant rubbery and phenollic nose - jeez! Medium body, sweet fruit and a little spices, but utterly spoiled by loads of phenols and what must be fermenting errors - really chemical. No real bitterness. 010410

From tap at YNWA. Pours hazy dark brown with a small off-white and lacing head. Aroma is distinct yeasty and orange fruity. Orange fruity to light juice citrusy flavoured with a mellow yeasty note. Vague chemical and phenolic flavoured. Dry phenolic and lasting juicy orange fruity into the finish.
