Ter herinnering aan de ontdekking van de cranberry op de wadden in 1868 door botanicus Holkema. Met liefde voor de Wadden gebrouwen door Henriëtte Waal en Bojan Bajic (Fortuna Vlieland) met gerst, tarwe, haver, hop, cranberries, zeewier en gist.

Bottle brought by a friend from Vlieland. Aroma is herbal-ish and spicy yeast with bready wheat, notes of cranberry, floral hints, and some citrus. Not picking up any seaweed. Flavour is moderate sweet with a light bitterness. Body is almost medium. Likeable take on Witbier with a pleasant touch of cranberries.
