Deck 7 was born from friendship with Dom, Laura and Howard from the Whyte Horses. We made them a beer to match their personalities; a delicious Gose blended with blueberry puree and Canadian maple syrup. Zingy, fruity and full of surprises.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Can from Hoptimism. Appearance - deep cherry pink. Pinkish white head that's nicely proportioned. Nose - definitely blueberry, almost blackberry. Also a maple/syrup back note. Just a hint of sour too. Taste - richness of maple syrup, berries and still a cleansing lightly sour finish. Palate - light bodied, sweetish through the middle, dry balanced finish. Overall - very nice.
