There’s just something about the sweet, floral, sour and bitter flavours and aromas of bergamot that blends perfectly with Citra and Chinook – teasing the palate and tickling your olfactory bits.

Bottle from Homebrew Bottle Shop, Oxton in Birkenhead. Appearance - golden amber and cloudy. Big fluffy head. Nose - citrus, floral and Earl Grey of course. Taste - bergamot and lemon. Green tea at the back. Palate - light bodied and creamy. Dry, tapered finish. Overall - decent.
