Canister@GBBF2012 (as Solway Dry Perry, 6 %). Yellowish golden colour, no head. Aroma is pear, mild tart wood with some slight apples as well. Flavour is pear, toffee, some vinegar, mild apples as well as some slight yeasty notes.

[ As Solway Dry Perry ].
ABV: 6.0%. Hazy medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate pear, light horse blanket, celery notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, tart perry, dry, swet perry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat flat. [20120810]

From a polypin at Worcester Beer Festival, 14/08/10. Pale yellow. Spicy, slightly earthy pear juice aroma. Easy drinking, with plenty of pear juice and a medium finish. Good.
