Far Put! Is based on the ancient German beer style Gose. It is brewed using pilsner and wheat malt with coriander and salt which delivers a smooth, slightly tart, slightly lemony but utterly satisfying beer.

Bottle from the brewery's stall at Walton Farmers Market. Clear amber. Visibly fizzy. Mahoosive but delicate frothy white head. Aroma has spice and malts. Sour edge. Dank. Flavour is light-medium sour with umami. Malty and fruity sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Soft fizzy carbonation provides a lift. No adjunct in a Gose... but from recollection this is more like a trad. Pleasent. Refreshing. Not s standard beer.
