Blue hearts have become a symbol of support for our frontline healthcare workers during this COVID pandemic. We brewed Little Blue Hearts to toast their enormous and often thankless efforts. Naturally soured and conditioned on over 450 pounds of blueberry puree, Madagascar vanilla beans, Ceylon cinnamon and lactose, Little Blue Hearts is like a blueberry Creme Brûlée in a glass. 16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy light purple color Brief foamy head. Sweet berry aroma hints at vanilla and cinnamon. Flavor is sour berry, biscuity malt and cinnamon. Medium bodied. Brief dry finish.
