Bottled. Clear spritzy golden. Aroma of salte apple candy. Fairly dry and straightforward. Crisp and lightly spritzy with green apples and slight taninic bitterness.

Gold body and some head. Aroma is very sweet apples and alcohol, sour fermented bitterness. Taste is a cross between styrofoam and apple sweetness, with some notes of wood. All right but not my favourite cider.

Bottled. A hazy golden cider with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of applejuice. The flavor is sweet and is dominated by applejuice, leading to a dry finish. OK, but a bit boring. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Hazy golden with a medium beige head. Aroma was dry with natural apples. Flavour had natural apples in stead of crap apple wine. Finished dry. Not bad.

Bottled. Hazy golden with no head. Aroma is sweet, but at the same time rather tart apples, some farmyard as well as mild wooden and cheesy notes. Flavour is rather much the same in a nice balanced. Very mouthdrying palate.

Corked bottle, from a Nicolas shop, Paris
Dark bond color; fine perlage, no head retention. It’s a semi-dry cider, with a light base of rotten fruits, and a very dry final. Quite bad.
