As Ecusson Grand Cidre - Cidre Biologique Brut, 4.5% ABV, guessing it’s the same75 cl bottle from Systembolaget, thanks to deft!On October 7, 2009Hazy yellow color, frizzy white head that dissapear fast. White wine, Japaneese pear, red apples, alcohol, glue, solvents scent. Sweet, dry, paper, chalk, wine taste. Medium mouthfeel at first that turns very dry to chalk and paper. No bitterness. A dry wood like feeling.
