This 7% NEIPA with Sabro and Mosaic is a hop combination we haven't used much in the past but has some wonderful notes of tropical fruit, coconut and even a hint of blueberry. It's a little known fact that although clips are commonly used to hold a rail down it should never be used at the joint!

16 ounce can. Hazy yellow gold pour. Firm, pillowy white head. Herbal, citrus hop nose. Minerally malt flavor upfront. Big bitter hop blast as well. Notes of resiny pine and grapefruit pith. Some lemon, pepper and mint in dry finish.
