Cloudy golden with a medium beige head. Malty aroma with fruity hops and hints of pine. Flavour was quite hoppy with grapefruits, toasted malt and pine. Finished bitter.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of oh6gdx. Pours a hazy amber with a small white head. Metallic nose and typical skewed British hops. Medium body, fruity and nutty with a distinct bitterness and again a whiff of metal. 090410

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Cloudy amber, airy head. Dusty berryish nose. Dryis with clean mouthfeel and light body. Crystal malt covered in dusty hops. Growing resiny bitterness.

Bottle (batch 333) from the K Supermarket at Kamppi, Helsinki. Poured a misty darker orange body with a small slightly off white head. Light sweet fruity hoppy nose, slightly oily. Interesting hop profile, somewhere between fruity, fishy and herbal with some tropical? fruits leading the way just by a bit. Could use a stronger body but this one showcases the hops just as well. Itโ€™s nicely balanced. Anyway, glad to have tried some Stadin beers.

Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Orange color. Soft aroma of yeast and orange. Soft hopbitter flavor with nutmeg and a hint of orange. Yeasty notes. Not very outstanding for a bitter ale, and surprisingly low on hopbitterness considering it is IBU 40.

Bottled (Maatilatori, batch #333, BB 02/2010)
Murky amber color, small white head. Aroma is different than in the other bottled single hops from Stadin: itโ€™s light, exotic fruity and notes of sweat. Quite flat carbonation (seems that it has gone in some point during the bottling process). Fruity (passion fruits), sweaty-flowery flavor with light piney bitterness in the aftertaste.
