Bottle. An almost clear beer, copper-colored, and topped by a beige head soon diminishing. Citrusy, soapy nose with candy-like sweetness and some caramel. It’s quite sweet in the mouth, yet dryish, with a little bitterness. Somthing spiced too, just a hint, not sure what, but slightly peppery, cinnamon-lik. Short finish, medium body. A drinkable beer indeed, but boring indeed. 100618

Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of hops, lavender, caramel, and citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, citrusy hops - is some of it Nelson Sauvin? leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Tasting at Papsø
Hazy amber color; the head disappears quickly. Suspicious vegetables aroma, celery. Sweetish caramel flavor, with yeast and vegetables, cabbage; correct bitterness. Clearly flawed.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is spiced and slight fruity. Citrusy, grapefruity and mild mango. Spiced and slight citric flavoured into a dry finish. Lasting fruity impression into the far finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a warm and clear deep golden with an off-white head. Sweet fruity and perfumy nose. Medium body, sweet fruit and caramel with a very perfumy hoppiness. Not very bitter though. 010410
