Bottle. A dark brown beer, next to black, and topped by a dense finger-thick beige head. The aroma has a good dash of coffee, some chocolate and lots of roasted malts. Full-bodied and quite sweetish, with coffee and chocolate. Full-bodied and quite dry. Roasted finish. A quite nice stout, definately not world class, but easy drinkable and quite tasteful. 100522

Bottled. A dark red-brown beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of roasted malt, coffee, and some alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, lacto, milk, and a bit of coffee, leading to a dry roasted finish. Quite smooth. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Tasting at Papsø
The color is almost black. Dusty aroma of roasted malt. Chocolate and roasted malt flavor, with a quite dry and dusty mouthfeel. Not very good.
