Bottled. A deep red beer with a thick tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel, straw, malt, and a bit of dusty. The flavor is sweet with notes of nuts, metal, malt, and caramel, leading to a dry metallic finish.

33 cL bottle, courtesy of KUP. Pours clear and golden orange with a creamy, tan and lasting head. Dry roasted and slight breadish caramelish malt. Dark malty and roasted flavoured towards breadish. Dry malty finish.

Red amber with a small off-white head. Grainy malt aroma with caramel and a hint of fruit. Sweetish grainy malt flavour with caramel. Clearly a big brother to the classic Ale AZ 16, and as such dryer and slightly more drinkable than the current incarnation of that beer

Sample at Esbjerg Beerfestival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt and hops.

Draught at Jydske Øldage 2009. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finsih. Oily palate. Boring.

Bottle @ Esbjerg Festival, 2009. Pours unclear dark orange with a small creamy head. Bread and berries with a bit of caramel and yeast. Medium to thin palate. Drinkable.
