Cold Crash is an incredibly smooth and satisfying marriage of tropical fruit notes and light, bright malt. A cold fermentation provides a crisp lager-like finish, allowing us to showcase the aromas of Cryopop and Citra hops to shine through.

Pale blond colour, cloudy, with compact head. Strange smell, some sulfur, bio matter, light touch of floral hops. The mouthfeel is very dry; a bit chalky; the bitterness is correct, there are piney resins, traces of menthol; maybe cat piss; mild pith.
Drinkable, but shockingly different from any Cold IPA I can remember; did they just cold-ferment a Hazy?
