Soft, hazy IPA with notes of watermelon, papaya & strawberry.
Sundew yeast highlights a fruit-focused mix of Galaxy, Strata, and Rakau hops, creating super fresh notes of watermelon and papaya. Huell Melon hops top the brew with a summery aroma of strawberry and cantaloupe, supported by a plush mouthfeel with low bitterness thanks to a complex blend of malts that deliver on softness and sweetness.

Golden colour, dull, light haze, medium head. Mild aroma of sweet malt and oranges. Good body, with balaned residual sweetness; a bit of a malt soup, with hay, bread and biscuits, quite strong, but at least it's not sticky, but let me wonder if there is any crystal here; the hop is resinous, a bit harsh and astringent, with bitter orange peel, and a touch of chamomile. Tiny buttery traces in this can.
It tastes like old IPA, and it's a rather old IPA concept, but it's drinkable.
