I think very few people LIKE a layover... but sometimes you have to make the best of a situation. Maybe a balanced, smooth hazy IPA can help?

We know hops are the first class passengers of any IPA so, we loaded this one up with Mosaic, El Dorado and Idaho 7 for an aroma filled with pomelo and prairie grass.

For us, IPAs are also about balance and so we're always playing with the malt bill to try and find the perfect combination.
Layover contains a blend of pilsner malt, oats and wheat for a silky mouthfeel, a touch of Vienna for subtle biscuitiness and finally, some rice to lighten the whole thing up. The result is a high-flyer, chock full of citrus, green strawberry and piney resinous. However you spend your layover, this IPA is sure to be an excellent companion.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Murky blond colour, pale. There is some tropical fruit aroma; light body, it's a bit chalky, too dry, the hop may have some quality, but it doesn't express its best without sugars; and so, also the finish is a bit abrasive, pithy; not very inspired.
