Bottle at Chris_o birthday bash 08. Amber thin beige head. Expected more hop on aroma. OK, some hop, some malt, ok, but not really an IPA.

Bottle: Hazy, chestnut coloured, quite stable, almost rocky off-white head; piney hops over a bed of phenolic - wheat-beer-like - fruitiness, caramel-malty background; solid bitter-sweet flavour, accompanied by a light tartness; light bitter-tart-fruity finish. Not well rounded, almost a hybrid of a german Hefeweizen and an English ale..........

bottle. nice aroma. strong, hoppy. STRANGE flavor. even stranger palate. not at all nice. hoppy aftertaste is good though. Tastes like grass or hay in water. weird. Palate is like drinking water with some mud in it. Second tasting was a lot better than first impression though. the weird palate caught me way off guard.

(bottle, courtesy of Papsoe) Hazy, chestnut colour with a medium-sized, slightly off-white foamy head. Light-sweet, mild malty nose with citrousy and spicy hops, accompanied by strong spicy phenols. Light bitter flavour with a shy malty sweetness, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Yeasty and malty taste with a touch of fruity and spicy hops; moderately dry and hoppy finish with a tad too strong phenolic spice. Not very rounded brew (21.05.08).

Cloudy orange with a nice large egg white head. Aroma is of hops - fruity, flowery, piney plus some sweet malts. Body is medium. Flava has a good amount of bitter hops. Not very varied, rather one dimensional. Easy drinkable & not bad. A bit boring perhaps, but OK!

Hazy golden color. Aroma of wet soil, wet cereals, some malt. Medium body strength, some sweet malt flavor, quite strong bitterness, with some hop oils; the final is long. Quite pleasant.
