Our first release featured a Dutch Bokbier and a German Doppelbock (Bock to Bock, if you will...). Compare the two side by side, each nuanced by its robust grain bill and different yeast strains. Perfect beers for whilst the chill remains in the air.

Dark brown colour, with beautiful beige head, compact. Some caramel, malt, dark sugars, but lacking sweetness, lacking depth, and with a light sour note. Ok beer. The Dutch version is better, but mostly because this one is a mediocre Doppelbock.
