West Coast Double IPA

We need something big dark and juicy! We need a Brave Wizard with a staff of Pilsner & Pale Wheat malts and an ancient ring powered with Bravo, Amarillo, Centennial & Moutere hops. A double IPA that can plunge into the depths of Moria and come out the other side of Zirakzigil saying, “I threw down my enemy, and he fell from the high place and broke the mountain-side where he smote it in his ruin.” Now that’s braveness we need! [from website]

Hops: Bravo, Mouture, Centennial & Amarillo. Malt: Pilsner, Pale Wheat. Yeast: Corporate. Descriptors: A beer is never late, nor is it early, it arrives precisely when it means to.

Cloudy dark blond colour. Candy-like fruit aroma, sweet, light colored malt. Lean, with light residual sweetness; the malt base is like liquid bread, a bit crusty; the hops are not bright, but add pleasant fruity tones (ripe peach, mango, candied pineapple); balanced bitterness, and just a touch of alcohol.
Still pretty good, solid.
