A clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of tart apples, brett, wood, grapes. Taste of riped tart apples, grapes, brett, vanilla, oak.

In der Nase spürt man schon die Fässer, im Trunk setzt sich das dann sehr fruchtig fort, Aprikose, Kirschen, dann erdig, ein Hauch Schokokirschtorte, alkoholisch, spät bitter, sonst süß.

Bottle at home shared with De Freddert to celebrate his (wife's) pregnancy. Blonde color, virtually no head. Smell and taste both have a lot of brandy, a hint of oranges, fruity notes, somewhat sweet but also orangepeel tart-bitter notes. Pleasant. Really nice barrel aging.

Tap at Mikkeller Warsaw. Amber muddy a bit with a medium foam. Nose: it smells bad, rascals a bit excrements. Ok. Mouth: sweet artificial, soapy.

650ml bottle. Minimally milky, orangey golden colour with small, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Woody, oaky, tannic and malty aroma, an alcoholic whiff of brandy. Taste is sweet-ish malty and slightly dry, woody, oaky and tannic, some fresh lemon tartness; slightly warming, alcoholic finish. Smooth, soft, silky palate, soft carbonation. Well balanced and harmonious.

Flaska från Beergium, provning med Nerikes Ölsällskap. Ganska klar blekgul/guldig med vit krona. Syrlig och lätt sött med toner av citrusskal, päronsylt, äppelkompott med lätt kryddiga inslag och en snäll brandy-ton. Medelstor kropp med viss fatkaraktär. Svår att ringa in.

On tap at Man in the Moon. Hazy orange with a small head. Sweetish with dried fruit, malt, brandy and some oak. The body was almost full and the finish with warming alcohol.
