Reddish colour, with a light tan head. Moderate sweet caramel and a bit roasted malt aroma. Massive sweet flavour.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear dark red brown color with a average to large, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark roasted, caramel, burnt malt, spicy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and burnt malt bitter with a average to long duration, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100318]

Dark brown with a large beige head. Aroma was sweet with roasted malt. Sweet flavour with hard roasted malt, liquerice and spicy notes. Finished sweet.

Biggish beige lasting head. Barely translucent dark red body. Mild fruity papery aroma with licorice notes. Nice, but too faint. Sweetish-dryish soft roasty chocolate and mint taste with licorice notes. Soft, smooth mouthfeel. Clean, mellow palate. Dryish papery sooty licorice aftertaste with cocos notes. Nice, and extremely easy to drink. Subtle. (0.5l bottle, Systembolaget, Charlottenberg.)

50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown and with a redish glare and a slowly collapsing off-white head. Aroma is vague spiced and dark malty. Mild roasted malt flavour with a vague cinnamon note, vague bitterness too. Bitter and medium dry finish, light bodied.

Bottled. A dark brown beer with a huge rocky brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and dusty hops, as well as some over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet is sweet with lots of caramel and some dusty notes and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry finish. The body is thin. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle. Pours a dark amber colour with an off-white head. Sweet malty caramel aroma. Sweet malty caramel flavor with some hints of fruit. Malty bitter finish.

(Bottle at Haket, Göteborg) 2006. Brown color, white to tan head. Sour malty and spritzy high co2 scent. High co2 mouthfeel, thin body. Malty thin taste. No thanks!

Dark mahogany color. Too light aroma. Very common taste, poor, dry, with some dry caramel, and a disturbing metallic touch at the end.

Bottled. Black ruby red colour, mediumsized beige head. Sweet caramellish plummy aroma with hints of hops, some berries and maybe some marzipan. The flavour was sweetish sour in an unpleasant way. Aroma was very nice... might have passed it’s prime as for the flavour?
