Hazy brown color. Very light aroma; roasted malt? Smoke? The smoke is actually more evident in the flavor, but there iis just a light dusty roasted malt; ordinary bitterness.
Are they trying to introduce rauchbier, slowly, in the region? I don’t like it, not enough body, too dry...

Draught @ Il Birrificio di Como, Via Pasquale Paoli 3, 22100 Como (CO), Italy.Unclear medium brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, smoke, meat. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100306]
