Also roasted with a faint touch of alcohol. Rather fresh aftertaste with roasted tones in it. Hoppy and fruity scent, also some alcohol. Some toffee as well. Smooth mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Sweet, yet dry and herbal, fairly bitter taste with a crisp, clean, herbal, mineral, bitter finish. Some bready notes and hints of cream too. Medium full moussy light co2 mouthfeel. Medium high herbal bitterness. Sweet and fruity scent.When served this cool almost felt like a dark lager or at least bottom fermeneted. When warmed up quite a bit the fruity notes got more potent though. I spoke with the brewer a bit this evening and the beer had fermented at 21 C, and was brwed with a top fermented yeast.Very drinkable, very nice, though for a Christmas beer I personally want some spices, but hey, I’m like that...7/4/7/3/14Rerate50 cl bottle at Haket, Göteborg.
