Crafted from barley and wheat, infused with Angelica archangelica during brewing. Bottled with abundant local meadowsweet, it embodies the almond-marzipan essence of the riverside plant. Anticipate herbal, tonic-like bitterness from the roots and seeds of Angelica archangelica, shades of gooseberry, and orange wine undertones. The aroma carries subtle buckwheat nuances. Post primary fermentation, it matured in oak for 8 months.

375ml bottle. 164/707, bottled 18.8.2023.
Poured orange in color, not much head. Interesting herbal notes, Curaçao, orange peel with a sour finish. Complex.

375ml. Hazy yellow colour and small white head. Funky nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Citrusy, herbal, rhubarb, tart, fruityness, complex but good drinkability.

Sample from the bottle at ViljaBeerfest, Tampere. Color is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, dryness, sourness.... little bit of boring.
