(473ml can from the brewery) Pours opaque milky dull dark yellow with a moderate white head and spotty lace. Aroma is lime peel, herbal lemongrass citrusiness, Sabro-like coco-dill, undertones of sweet musky tropical fruit, fairly weak nose overall. Flavour is off-dry, heavy on bright citrus, lime peel, lime and lemon pulp, heavy herbal tones, melon/papaya, perfumed tropical flowers, lightly doughy oat malt core, finish is dry, a bit of hop burn, that darn soapy melon Strata thing starts punching through the nice herbal/citrus flavours, peppery herbal aftertaste. Medium-bodied, creamy, moderate carbonation. It's good until that Strata vibe takes over near the finish. A fairly fun hop profile given that I don't like Strata and it's the dominant hop.
