(On tap @ the brewpub, Sep 2/23) Pours very lightly hazed yellow-gold with a small white head and a little lace. Aroma is fairly gin aromatic-heavy, herbal and softly piney, a little spirit, soft spicebox, lightly underripe stone fruit, soft earthy funk, some tart fruit in there but the cranberry is not extremely obvious vs the gin. Flavour is dry and lightly tart (lactic), cranberry a little more present, soft pit fruit, lemon and lime peel and a bit of pulp, cereals, a little gin spicebox and herbal/menthol notes, moderate salinity, very dry in the finish with a little soft berry skin tannin, herbal bitters, spirit warmth, light funk, salt more prominent. Light bodied, a bit slick, moderate plus carbonation. Nice stuff, a little off balance at times with the gin aromatics competing with other notes but all together enjoyable to drink.
