Aroma is crackery to bready pils malt, subtle yellow fruitiness, slight sulphuric tones, a little herbal Noble hop. Flavour is very dry as expected, crackers with softly yeasty bread, light sweet lemon, a bit of herbal/grassy hops, clean and mineral towards the finish, bone dry with a subtle bitterness and lingering crackery malt. Light in body as expected but not too watery, moderate carbonation. Biere de soif in its finest expression.
