(473ml can from masoif.com) Pours opaque milky dark yellow with a thick white cap showing good retention and lace. Aroma is dank lime candy, white grape, sweet pale citrus as well, quite herbal and a touch menthol-like, softly peppery without any garlic component, nice saturation. Flavour is lightly sweet, creamy lime, slight coconut, white grape, custard apple, honeydew melon, mint-like herbaceousness, again a touch peppery but no green onion, malt body is very retiring, clean lightly fruity yeast, drying finish with lime, fresh herbs and a little creamy coconut. Full-bodied for ABV, creamy soft carbonation, really nice mouthfeel. Bright, semi-juicy, classic impression of Motueka for me as a lime-and-herbal hop that doesn't dive deep into the ripe tropical tones so common in IPAs today. Excellent brewing, need to have more Le Ketch (but the number of good IPAs out there now in QC distort is overwhelming at this point).
