(473ml can from the brewery) Drank from the can. Notes dominated by a mix of mandarin, tangerine and grapefruit, pulp and peel both, backed by some pit fruit and maybe light floral stuff, notable presence of very earthy pine and herbal component, real hop cone vibes actually, bready malt, lightly sweet, some drydown into the finish but not really crispy, orange and grapefruit peels, cannabis, lots of earth, moderate plus bitterness, light astringency into the aftertaste but no hop burn. Medium-plus body, oily, smooth creamy carbonation. Really interesting because it's so different, and yet doesn't express some of El Dorado's more annoying features. Must be the Cascade helping out, because it reminds me a little bit of other NE-grown Cascade beers. Cool.
