Dark brown color. Delicate chocolate, coffee and dust aroma. Weak body, but good, dry chocolate flavor, roasted malt; correct bitterness. Dry final, a bit ashy again. Correct brew.

Draught @ IBF - Italia Beer Festival Milano 2010, Palalido, Piazza Carlo Stuparich, Milano, Italy.Clear dark brown black color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, burnt, spicy, coffee notes. Flavor is light heavy sweet and burnt malt bitter with a average to long duration, light salty. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100305]

scura buona schiuma abbastanza fine buona persitneza naso tostato media intensità un po di fruttato un leggero caffe buone tostaure non molto corpo buon amaro
