(On tap @ the brewpub, Limoilou, Jan 21/23 & in 473ml can from there) Odd experience this, both my better half and I felt the draft and can versions were very different beers. Tap version was far superior for me so I'm rating that. Very hazy medium gold pour with a nice thick stable white head and lace. Aroma is super-dank, pineapple weed strains dominating with supporting sweet mango, earthy conifers and grapefruit zest, soft but present cereals in support. Flavour is mid-sweet up front, again loads of dank pineapples (El Dorado) and mango (Citra), but with hefty amounts of conifer and cannabis so Mosaic definitely doing its thing, cereals are present and quite dry really for a TIPA, nice softly fruity yeast, finishes really dry for style with dank grippy weed/conifer, earth, some berry and a little pineapple, moderate bitterness, no hop burn or alcohol. Light to medium body for style, soft semi-creamy carb. Really nice TIPA on tap, felt a bit like Monkish 2017 or something to me being on the dry and dank side of NEIPA. The can was not that at all despite being quite fresh (2wks), much weaker aromatics, canned pineapple, lots of lactose-like sugar, booze. Bizarre.
