75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is milky and mild citrusy. Bitter, citric and light herbal. Ends grassy and citrusy. Quite hoppy.

Bottled. An unclear dark yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, hops, and hay as well as a touch of citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of grain and straw as well as lighter notes of metal - is it from the hops? leading to a dry, metallic, and bitter finish.

An hybrid, a Kölsch with Belgian yeast
Hazy blond color. The aroma is quite spicy, lightly fruity. Dry malt flavor, very spicy; a bit too yeasty. It’s actually very similar to a Saison, just with a leaner body.

Draught @ IBF - Italia Beer Festival Milano 2010, Palalido, Piazza Carlo Stuparich, Milano, Italy.Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, fruity, moderate yeasty, pear, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dry.
