Notes of spicy rye cereals, lightly sweet and lightly to moderately tart thanks to lactic tones of yellow plum and a little pale citrus, floral and slightly minty boreal herbs, touch of conifer resin, finish is very dry and lightly tart with the conifer bitters, dried flowers, labrador tea and spicy rye grains all noticeable into the aftertaste. Light bodied, smooth bottle conditioned light carbonation. Solid boreal saison, definitely atypical but very interesting if not the most chuggable.
