Notes of lime zest, key lime pie filling, moderate-plus lactic tartness, some pulpy grapefruit, clear vanilla and lactose sweetness plus the impression of white coconut, finish is semi-sour with a little lactose dessert offset and grated lime zest, low bitterness. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation. Quite a solid if relatively uncomplex sour 'pastry' IPA.
