Bottle from the brewery. Hazy amber pour, with a large, frothy white head. Aroma is a soft, spicy orange. Light cardamon, and nutmeg with some cinnamon, and corriander also. Nice mouth feel, carb is soft, but satisfying. Finish is a little boozy, spice really comes to the forefront with a sweet candied orange zest flavour. A little yeasty, some solid belgian vibes. Nice stuff.

(500ml 2020 bottle from the brewery webshop) Pours nearly clear medium orange with a small but stable white head and some lace. Aroma of sweet and sour oranges, orange zest, moderate lactic acid, soft hits of wine vinegar, cinnamon, some soft woody spicebox to augment the obvious spice addition, light attic-like Brett vibes. Flavour is moderately to heavily acidic; sour tangerines with a touch of sweetness, gripping lemony lactic acid, edges of fruit vinegar, some orange zest, moderate cinnamon, slightly dusty yeast, soft wood, lactic orange-laden aftertaste with touches of cinnamon and a little drying wood. Light body, fairly light carbonation. With some bottle age I'm sure the cinnamon has faded but its low level presence is quite pleasant. Decent mixed culture fruited saison though the wild/barrel elements are extremely restrained.
