75cl bottle (5%) courtesy of Joes. Black colored beer, small off-white head. Smell dark fruits, slight hints of coffee, sweetness. Taste hints of coffee and roastyness, some overripe fruits. A bit thin, decent carbo, low to medium.

Very dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of licorice, roasted malt with a touch of smoke. Sweet licorice and roasted flavour

Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours black with a creamy off white bubbly head. Nose is dark roasted malts. Mocha and chocoalte. Flat and low carbonation. Coffee bean. Thin palate.

Dark brown with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, coffee and english liqourice. Flavor was sweet with hard roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee and english liqourice. Finished sweet.

dark brown, small light yellow head. nice aroma of hard roasted grains,milk. flavoris nicely roasted grains, faint licorice, good balance.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt, caramel, roasted malt, and a bit of soy sauce. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, roated malt, and a bit of soy sauce, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours dark brown with a reddish hue and a beige head. Hard roast nose with some vanilla. Light body, hard roasted malts and dried dark fruits. A little vanilla and licorice too. Very subdued bitterness. 100910

Dry Stout, with mild roasted malt aroma, weak body. Actually it’s possible to feel some signs of age. Ordinary.
