Double IPA with Simcoe, Idaho 7 and Motueka. This beer was brewed with a hefty dose of oats and hopped with a delicious blend of Simcoe, Motueka and ldaho 7. Juicy, soft and smooth, we get big notes of sweet citrus, peach and cantaloupe. Expect a hefty hop presence and low bitterness.

Aroma: juicy, bold, fruity.
Taste: a bit dank, very juicy, some tropical fruits and hop burn. Finishes with noticeable piney bitterness.

(473ml can from 4th and 7, Toronto) Pours opaque deep gold with a thick white head and massive lace. Aroma is candied lemon, orange peels, melon, fresh leaves, crushed conifer needles and a touch of weed. Flavour is in line with the aroma, sweet lemon-lime with a dash of orange, some canteloupe, lots of leafy freshness, a little conifer needle but no resin, lightly peppery citrus in the finish, soft doughy malt core, low bitterness, quite dry overall. Medium-plus bodied, creamy, softly carbonated. Really nice well-balanced DIPA, nothing flash here but a solid take on a leafy, not super-juicy hop bill.
