(473ml can c/o Luc, thanks!) Pours near-opaque bright gold with a thick white head and some lace. Aroma of ripe yellow/ataulfo mangoes, tangerines, orange plup, clear deep floral honey, some tropical 'red' fruit like mangosteen or lychee, lightly peppery resins, very fragrant nose. Flavour is mid-sweet, navel orange plup and yellow mango again, floral tropicals, maybe some papaya, honey is giving as much flavour as sugar with clear honeyed notes from mid-sip on, lightly bready malt but maybe a different profile to a typical Badlands IPA, semi-drying finish with a little peppery hop burn and lingering floral honey and mango notes. Light to medium body, a little less creamy than the house standard and with a hint of ABV warmth. Nice honey IPA, much better than the first iteration for me and I enjoyed the adjunct flavour.
