Great creamy porter, with beige head Coffee, bitter chocolate, some dark fruits sweatness and a roasted nuts at flavor. Loved it.

Hand pumped at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark, practically black, with no foam. Aroma is of coffee and dark chocolate, some licorice. Body is average, with minimal carbonation. Taste is balanced between some roasty bitterness and a little sweetness. Final is long, earthy, burnt.

Draft from Brewdog Outpost, Rotterdam. Poured almost black in colour with a mostly lasting frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty, ashtray, light caramel. The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, somewhat rich, roasty, light caramel, ash, liquorice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

deep dark, almost black colour, medium sized creamy beige-ish head; aroma of dried (sour) cherry, some prune, raisins, dark chocolate, burnt woody, ash, cinnamon, and some burnt sugary/caramel notes; taste has similar notes to the aroma with ash-like, cinnamon-like spicy and some dark chocolate notes, as well as spicy-chili peppery aftertaste; really good one

can. batch 3006 hard roasted malts dominate, clean hard roasted malty aroma.perhaps a bit nutty. much less sweet than e.g. an imperial stout. Flavor is really really nice with a roasted malty base that is both smooth and complex. A very classic porter (or for that sake, stout) flavor and aroma, very well executed. just about how a guinnes ought to taste, even though this one is a porter. besides the roasted malts i get nutty notes, sweet nutty notes, brown sugary notes, a very delicate and very well balanced slightly floral bitterness. Very good not so high abv dark beer.

Nice tasty and easy drinkable porter Complete black pour and a fine tan head. Looks good. Fine intensity in the aroma. Mellow fine sweetness and a balanced bitterness. Also a fine carbonation level.
