Dark red brown with an off-white head. Aroma is roasted malt and coffee. Flavor is rather sweet and moderate bitter. Full bodied. Finish is dry, acidic and roasted bitter. Very nice.121209

Bottled. An unclear red beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of coffee and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt and coffee, as well as lighter note of fruits leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Dark red-amber colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Coffee and licorice notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, spices, licorice, hops, coffee and chocolate.

Bottle 750ml.Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, sweet coffee, dusty coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light light acidic english licorice and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100316]

75 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Dark roasted and malty flavoured, slight bitter note. Mild acidic note. Dark malty and acidic note into a dry roasted note into the far finish. Smooth lasting impression.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours an unclear reddish brown with an off-white head. Very roasted coffeeish nose. Solid body, lots of roast and coffee with quite some fruit and vanilla. Hard roasted malty bitterness. Neat. 030110
