Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5
Charred oak nose. Ruby black, medium head. Flavor is cola, cherries, soil. Medium bodied and tangy. I didn’t really see this as an imperial stout at all, but there isn’t a huge differentiation of styles at QCB. They are all quite similar.
