Bottle from the brewpub. Pours hazy very dark brown with airy tan head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with mild touches of yeast and smoke. Bitter, roasty flavour with smoky notes and touches of malt and yeast. Roasty and estery aftertaste with smoky touches. Decent, although the carbonation could be higher.
